01The Beans

Single-origin & signature blends

Sourced from family farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra, then roasted in small batches the week you order. Every bag carries its harvest date and a tasting card.

02The Equipment

Machines, grinders & drippers

From a first pour-over to a dialed-in dual-boiler espresso setup. We stock and test every machine on the floor, so the gear you take home is the gear we brew on.

Our craft

A reserve built on patience

The Brew Reserve started as a single roaster in the back of a corner shop. The obsession never changed: find honest coffee, treat it carefully, and pass it on without the noise. We still roast by hand, weigh every dose, and care more about your second cup than your first sale.

01

We roast small, and often

No warehouse pallets sitting for months. Beans are roasted in batches the week you order, so the bag on your shelf is days old, not seasons.

02

We taste before we sell

Every origin is cupped and dialed in on the same machines we sell. If it doesn't earn a place on our counter, it doesn't make the shelf.

03

We build for the long haul

Equipment is chosen to be repaired, not replaced. We stock the parts, share the recipes, and stay on the phone when you're dialing in.
